Frequently asked questions.

You have questions, we have answers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first determine the client’s creative and marketing goals. Next we evaluate their brand’s current presence to create a strategy that will best achieve their objectives.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team includes members with degrees in graphic design and information technology, and certifications in various marketing software suites such as HubSpot and Google Adwords and Analytics.

What makes you different from other marketing agencies?

We’re not just skilled in marketing and analytics, we’re also accomplished designers. We understand that good marketing tactics drive traffic, and great design converts.

How long will it take to get results?

The amount of time it takes for your marketing strategy to yield results depends on a handful of factors ranging from the size of your website to the quality of your content. We usually begin by making design improvements, and then run ads to promote your content and website. Typically, you can expect to see results within 3 months after you begin running ad campaigns.

Do you offer guarantees?

We do not offer guarantees. Unfortunately in order to offer guaranteed results on any kind of advertising you would have to use blackhat tactics.

Any marketing salesperson that offers a “#1 ranking” guarantee is just trying to make a sale. The truth is that the complex and ever-changing nature of search engine algorithms means that a top ranking can never truly be guaranteed. However, one thing we can be certain of is that Google rewards websites that follow best practices and publish quality content.

How does pay per click advertising work?

PPC is a type of online advertising where you pay the host (Google or Bing, for example) to list your advertisement on their website on the search or product pages that are relevant to your ad. When someone clicks on your ad, you are charged the appropriate Cost Per Click (CPC) fee until your pre-set budget runs out or you add money to it again. The purpose is to get users to click on your ad and drive traffic to your website or e-commerce store.

How do you measure success?

We look at organic traffic and conversions. To a lesser degree, we’ll pay some attention to keyword rankings but don’t put too much emphasis on them.
